Mostess for Cleaners app

The app is for cleaners and cleaning teams who look after holiday lets, whether or not the host uses Mostess. It shows upcoming checkouts, lets you mark jobs in progress or done, and turns finished changeovers into invoices for your host.

• Getting an account: if your host uses Mostess, they invite you by email from their Changeovers page. Open the link to set your password, then sign in to the app with the same email. If they don't, tap Create an account in the app.
• Adding your own properties: go to Account → Add a property and enter the property, the host's name and email, and your rate. Paste the property's Airbnb, Booking.com or Guesty calendar export link if your host gives you one and checkouts appear on their own; otherwise add each stay by hand. Invoices for these properties are emailed to the host you entered.
• Nothing showing on Today: changeovers appear once there are bookings, a connected calendar, or stays you added for the properties you clean.
• Invoices: set your rate under Account → Your rates, then tick finished changeovers on the To invoice tab and tap Send invoice. Your host gets it by email straight away.
• Getting paid: add your bank details under Account → Bank details so they print on every invoice. Hosts pay you directly; Mostess doesn't hold the money.
• Forgotten password: email hello@mostess.app from the address on your account and we'll reset it.

Deleting your account

Cleaners: in the app, go to Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. This removes your login, your access to every property, your rates, bank details, charges and the invoices you sent through Mostess, so download any invoice PDFs you want to keep first.

Hosts: email hello@mostess.app from the address on your account. We'll confirm before closing it, because it takes your booking site offline.
